"ISA - Millennium 3" Ltd. is implementing a project under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.001 “Development of Innovations in Enterprises”, funded by the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Programme 2021–2027.

Project Objectives:
To provide targeted support to ISA - Millennium 3 Ltd. to enhance its innovation activities through the development of innovations in the thematic areas of the Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) 2021–2027. The project aims to develop a process innovation that will fundamentally transform the way services are provided to end clients—employers. The innovation falls within the thematic area “Informatics and ICT,” sub-area “Artificial Intelligence and enhancement of industrial and technological capacity for the uptake of AI,” and entails the development of a specialized service management system for ISA - Millennium 3 Ltd., powered by artificial intelligence.
The development includes hiring a qualified scientific team by the Applicant and outsourcing the technical software development to an external team of developers.
This objective directly aligns with the goal of the procedure: “Providing targeted support to Bulgarian enterprises to enhance their innovation activity through the development of innovations in the thematic areas of the S3 2021–2027,” as well as with the Priority 1: Innovation and Growth, Specific Objective RSO1.1: Development and strengthening of research and innovation capacity and the uptake of advanced technologies.
Expected Results:
The expected results of the support under this procedure include an increase in the share of enterprises developing innovations in the thematic areas of the S3 2021–2027, leading to improved innovation capacity and competitiveness.
Additionally, through this project, ISA - Millennium 3 Ltd. will contribute to the goals of the S3 2021–2027 as a tool for strengthening regional innovation ecosystems to sustain and stimulate economic growth.
Project Description:
Through the implementation of this project proposal, ISA - Millennium 3 Ltd. will develop a business process innovation that will bring about a fundamental transformation in how services are provided to end clients using artificial intelligence. The development involves hiring a qualified scientific team by the Applicant and outsourcing the technical software development to an external software development team.
The system includes modules integrated with AI resources to enable the use of large databases of scientific publications, studies, and research, as well as access to articles, books, and reference materials from various publishers in the fields of medicine and occupational safety. This also includes documents and online publications for extracting information, supporting analysis and decision-making, while also automating and optimizing workflows.
The system will generate answers to frequently asked questions related to occupational safety and health issues.
The integration of AI and automated processes further enhances efficiency, reduces the likelihood of human error, and improves compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Activity 1 includes conducting research, testing, measurements, and validation necessary for the innovation’s development.

Activity 2 involves the creation and testing of a prototype related to the innovation developed in the project.

Activity 3 pertains to the protection of industrial property at national and international levels, as well as the use of required expert assistance for that purpose.
